Content Policy
Version 2026-08-30 · Part of the Terms of Service
These rules apply to custom-song briefs, materials you submit, and how you use licensed music. Breaking them lets us refuse or cancel an order, close the account and revoke licenses.
Not allowed
- Imitating a real artist's voice, name or brand, or presenting the music as performed by a real person without their written consent.
- Lyrics or uses that are hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, terrorism, or illegal under the law of Thailand or your country.
- Defamation, deception, scams, impersonation, political disinformation, or use in content designed to mislead about people or events.
- Materials you have no right to use (copyrighted lyrics, melodies, samples, other people's names, images or voices without consent).
- Reselling, sub-licensing or redistributing the audio as such (stock libraries, "free download" sites, NFTs, streaming release of the bare track under non-Exclusive tiers), or registering it with Content ID / collecting societies without Exclusive rights.
- Training machine-learning models on our tracks.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you request and for your use of the music, including platform rules (YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, app stores) and local law. Cruscy does not review your final content and is not liable for it. You indemnify Cruscy against claims arising from your brief, materials or use.
Reports
To report abuse or a rights concern about a track: hello@cruscy.com. We respond within 5 business days and may remove tracks from the catalog at our discretion.

- หมิ่นประมาท หลอกลวง ฉ้อโกง แอบอ้าง ข้อมูลเท็จทางการเมือง หรือใช้ในเนื้อหาที่ตั้งใจทำให้เข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับบุคคลหรือเหตุการณ์
- วัสดุที่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์ใช้ (เนื้อร้อง ทำนอง แซมเปิลที่มีลิขสิทธิ์ ชื่อ ภาพ หรือเสียงของผู้อื่นโดยไม่มีความยินยอม)
- ขายต่อ ให้ช่วงสิทธิ์ หรือเผยแพร่ไฟล์เสียงในฐานะผลงานเดี่ยว (คลังเสียง เว็บดาวน์โหลดฟรี NFT สตรีมมิงเพลงเดี่ยวในระดับที่ไม่ใช่ Exclusive) หรือลงทะเบียน Content ID/องค์กรจัดเก็บค่าลิขสิทธิ์โดยไม่มีสิทธิ์ Exclusive
