Account data (email, name, password hash, language), orders and briefs you submit, the Terms version you accepted with the time, IP address and browser string (kept as evidence of consent), payment status from our payment partner (we never see or store card numbers), download activity, and basic server logs.
To deliver purchases and custom songs, issue receipts and licenses, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and — only if you opted in — tell you about new tracks and discounts. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, consent (marketing).
Payment partner (Whop) for checkout; infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, hosting); our music-generation processors receive only the brief content needed for a custom song, never your account data. We do not sell personal data.
Account and order records: as long as your account exists and up to 10 years afterwards for tax, license and dispute purposes. Consent records: as long as needed to prove acceptance. Server logs: 90 days.
Access, correction, deletion (subject to records we must keep), objection and portability where applicable, and withdrawal of marketing consent at any time. Write to hello@cruscy.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Thailand: the PDPC).
One strictly necessary session cookie ("ms") and a language preference. No advertising trackers.
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
